Sales Enablement Specialist

Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented individual to come onboard to develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to enhance the effectiveness & efficiency of our growing sales team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, sales, product & supply to align sales enablement initiatives with business wide objectives.
You will need to maintain an in-depth understanding of our product & services, simplify and distill at times, complex product information, and document changes in process & tooling to ensure that sales can operate completely unshackled in the sales process. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be building upon a base level of enablement that has been put in place over the past 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and deliver training programs for new and existing team members to bring them up to speed on how to sell our products and value proposition
Assist with the onboarding of new sales team hires with the goal of reducing ramp time and allowing us to scale faster
Develop and maintain a centralized repository of enablement materials such as product info, tooling guidance and process that is easy for the sales team to access & understand
Work closely with both internal and external teams to create, update and maintain sales collateral, internal wiki/handbook docs and process manuals
Own the information that sits on our website on both product display pages and FAQ’s and ensure that this is always accurate and up to date for both our team and customers to reference
Police internal slack channels to understand where gaps in information or understanding lie, be proactive about finding and communicating the answers and feeding these back into your enablement materials
Assess the effectiveness of sales enablement programs through reporting on key metrics and feedback
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales enablement, sales/product training, or a related field.
Strong understanding of sales processes, documenting product detail and tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure the success of sales enablement programs.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot a plus!) and google suite

Base Salary Range of $60,000 to $80,000
